Wow, the school year is over!!  We had a great time at the Civil War Field trip.  We saw cannons get fired, guns fired, and learned about what kind of underwear soldiers wore.  Seriously!  We learned about medical practices, battle tactics, and more than I can possibly tell.  The kids were enthralled~and they walked a lot, which was great for them.


I managed to get up early enough to do my workout and then we got to the battlefield 15 minutes early.  If you know our family that's some kind of record!!  All in all, a great end to our school week and year.


Today's workout:  Kelly Coffey Meyer TLC Body Conditioning (lower and upper body sculpting work with only 1 pound weighted gloves. Kickboxing inspired, so there was a cardio effect as well).  Tonight I'm doing Desi Bartlett's 20 minute Lunar Practice.


Last night's yoga was Firm Slim Solutions Yoga, a 30 minute practice.
