Can I just say I had a really nice Memorial Day?  Everyone was out of the house by 5pm on Sunday and it was so quiet.  I watched a movie that night and read a book.  Monday I got up and exercised and did some piddling chores around the house.  I napped in the afternoon, read a book, etc.  Nothing earth-shattering but it was just a nice time of rejuvenation.

Tyler asked to stay at my in laws home until Thursday or Friday so it's just Wes and I hanging out this week.  It feels so quiet, as Wes is my quietest child anyway.  We went to lunch together today at Zaxby's, as we have a gift card and it's his favorite place.  It was really nice just to spend time with him all alone.

Yesterday's workout:  Erin O'Brien strength (40 minutes); Tonya Larson low impact cardio(20 minutes); pm~15 minute doggie walk and 26 minutes of Yoga in the Garden of Serenity (neck/shoulders and torso stretches).

Today's workout:  Leslie Sansone 3 Mile Super Walk; Erin O'Brien Pilates (15 minutes); Tonight will be a regular 1 mile dog walk and the 20 minute practice from Hemalayaa's Yoga for Everyone.

What I'm reading:  Re-reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows so I'll remember what the heck is going on when part II of the movie comes out in theaters in mid-July.

Sunday!  I pray today you will find some time to delight yourself in the Lord.

It happened again.  It always does.  I took Mary Madison to the library yesterday, exhorting her not to spend too much time browsing. Then I'm the one who gets lost and spends too much time browsing!!  But I got a couple of great reads for this weekend and I'm going to have time to actually read!

Maddie is leaving for Camp Glisson today. It's a United Methodist camp for teens and she's going with a friend from here. They are doing Adventure Outpost where they will be rock climbing and hiking and sleeping in tents. She's really looking forward to it.

Wes, Tom and Ty are leaving for Atlanta about 4 today.  I'm going to stay behind and let Wes' cats out tomorrow a.m. (he's cat sitting this week) and take care of our pets. 24 hours to myself, what a momma's dream!!

So, whatever your Memorial Day plans are, I pray God blesses you with the little things. Time to read, a glass of tea or lemonade (it's going to be in the 90s here), and moments to soak up his immense love for you.  That's something to spend time delighting yourself in.

Yesterday's workout:  Leslie Sansone Burn and Sculpt (uses the Walk Blaster, an incline ramp, and light weights).  PM workout~Erin O'Brien's Postnatal Rescue, Progression 1 (yeah, I know my "baby" is almost 11 but it's a great 15 minute pilates workout) and Beginner Yoga Download, 20 minutes.

Friday, May 27, 2011

I'm enjoying having my Friday's back again.  It's traditionally been Mom's Day Out, since Tom is off work on Friday.  Now that our Homeschool Co-op is done until Friday, I have my mornings back!

After working out and showering and making sure everyone fed their pets so no animal died on my watch, lol, I went out and just puttered around. Read my Bible alone, looked in a book store, etc.  An hour and a half all to myself was glorious.

This afternoon Tom and Wes ran some errands while Maddie, Tyler and I read, relaxed and simply hung out.  The kids played a bit more Game Cube yesterday than I cared for since it rained so I "unplugged" them.  They fussed for a minute or two but then found some books to read and played outdoors, etc.  Sometimes they need a push to simply be kids.

Today's workout:  Kristi Yamaguchi Power Workout with my gal Erin O'Brien.  Alternated cardio and weight training.  Fun, fun.  Tonight will be another yoga download, 20 minutes of Lunar Flow 1.

Thursday, May 26, 2011

We're having storms this afternoon. This is a good thing, we really need the rain.

Today the kids did some chores and worked on creative writing. They discussed if they could be a magician what would the create using magic that would help people?  Wes wanted an easy way to turn a pig into bacon.  If you know him, you know he loves his bacon, and can't eat it while he has braces.  I've yet to find out what Maddie wrote about.

Now Maddie and I are off to get haircuts, which are long overdue. Sorry it's so short, some days are like that!

Today's workout:  Karen Voight Sweat Effect, kicboxing inspired cardio.  I love what KB does for my abs and upper body.  Tonight I'm going to do a 20 minute gentle hatha yoga download when I get home from my haircut.

Wednesday, May 25, 2011

Yesterday my oldest child, Wes, turned 15. Where does the time go?  I remember him toddling around and now he's old enough to get a learner's permit so he can begin learning to drive!

I'm so grateful for many things in my life.  One of my greatest blessings is God making a way for me to be a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom. I'm fully aware this path isn't one God calls us all to but he has me, and I'm grateful.  My husband deserves a HUGE amount of credit for this. He's been on board and supportive of me throughout.  But, I can say without regret, I've not missed it. I've seen first steps, first words, lost teeth, multiplication, grammar, and those "aha!" moments that light up a mom's~and teacher's~life.

So today, God, I'm thanking you for all the serendipities I've shared with my children, especially Wes.  Time has been a huge factor in me being there to see it happen.  He's becoming a young man I'm proud to dedicate to you over again.  It's been a great ride, and I wouldn't have missed it for the world.

Yesterday's workout:  Leslie Sansone 3 Mile Calorie Blast;  Dog Walk

Today's workout:  The Firm Supercharged Sculpting and bonus yoga stretch; Dog Walk

What I'm reading:  C.S. Lewis, The Screwtape Letters.  I've read it before but am enjoying it again with my Sunday School class.

Monday, Monday.  I always get a bit restless at the start of summer, finding it hard to slip out of the homeschooling mode.  And I struggle with what the children should be doing during the summer anyway.

Last night I went to be about a half hour late, thinking I would be able to sleep in a half an hour longer during the summer before getting up to exercise.  Well, I woke and ended up getting up at the same time~my body is conditioned to it. And, remember me talking about the long struggle to adjust, so that's a praise to the Lord.

After my exercise and shower and breakfast, I slipped out for a half an hour with the Lord at Panera bread.  A cup of coffee and my daily Bible are sweet, sweet times that I have there~my favorite hideaway!  By the time I was finished the kids were ready to do something so we went to Dollar General~fun field trip, huh?  We got some inexpensive journals and pencils for summer writing; Father's Day cards and a birthday card for Wes.  I can't BELIEVE my first born will be 15 tomorrow, where does the time go?

Tyler has spent the afternoon playing with a friend, but he did do some work in his summer curriculum he picked out. Maddie and Wes journaled a question for me about their favorite activities from the last school year and ideas for the summer.  They also mopped the kitchen and den for me while I did a lot of laundry. Oh, and Maddie bathed Penny the beagle since Tom's been complaining that she smells like, well, a DOG, imagine that!

Now dinner is cooking and then Wes has scouts.  The kids had time to do some fun things and still kept up a rhythm of learning and living that I think will be a good one for us.  All in all, a nice start to the summer.

Today's workout:  Well, it's Monday, isn't it?  So it's Erin O'Brien day.  I did the standing work from Strong Body, Fit Body (which is  compound weight work, where you work the upper and lower body at the same time); then the floor work from Strong Body, Ageless Body (a lovely mix of traditional strength work and pilates); and finally the stretch from Strong Body, Fit Body.  Tonight will be Perfect in 10 Stretch, two segments:  Upper Body, Back and Hips; Hips and Legs.

Saturday's workout:  Slim Series Tear it Up (high rep, low weight total body with cardio intervals).

Friday, May 20, 2011

Wow, the school year is over!!  We had a great time at the Civil War Field trip.  We saw cannons get fired, guns fired, and learned about what kind of underwear soldiers wore.  Seriously!  We learned about medical practices, battle tactics, and more than I can possibly tell.  The kids were enthralled~and they walked a lot, which was great for them.

I managed to get up early enough to do my workout and then we got to the battlefield 15 minutes early.  If you know our family that's some kind of record!!  All in all, a great end to our school week and year.

Today's workout:  Kelly Coffey Meyer TLC Body Conditioning (lower and upper body sculpting work with only 1 pound weighted gloves. Kickboxing inspired, so there was a cardio effect as well).  Tonight I'm doing Desi Bartlett's 20 minute Lunar Practice.

Last night's yoga was Firm Slim Solutions Yoga, a 30 minute practice.

Thursday, May 19, 2011

Today's fun included Broad Street. For those not from Rome, it's our "downtown" area and the kids had a great time. We only hit a consignment store for teens and a used bookstore but that was enough. The bookstore is a particular favorite because they have their very own store cat. He is very friendly, of course, and rolls over to let the kids pet his tummy and plays with them. In fact, if you don't play long enough, he will follow you and bat at your leg!

The kids finished up a bit of work and we had a nice lunch.  Now they're playing with some friends while I finish up dinner. I really, really have enjoyed our school year and wanted to give some "awards" to my students!

Mary Madison~most improved Math student.  She's gone from "I'm so bad at this" at the beginning of the year to "I am getting better and beginning to enjoy this."  She also gets an award for managing her own time much better this year.

Tyler~most outstanding "unschooler".  Okay, so we don't unschool, but Tyler loves to learn, has a passion for it, and has pursued many interests this year and knows tons of stuff that I have no idea where it came from.  Also voted "Most likely to have something live growing in his room."  Okay, so he doesn't like to clean his room, at least it's a science experiment in the making, he says.  Mom says, "ummmmm.....no."

Wes~most focused student award.  Wes has really begun to take responsibility for his education and time.  He uses his time well, pursues passions, and has become increasingly good at working on computers.  He would like to build his own computer and we hope this happens at some point. He's also my most improved speller this year.

Today's workout: Slim in 6 Keep it Up (20 minutes legs, standing abs, cardio); Leslie Sansone Walk Away Your Hips and Thighs, 2 mile Walk (and for those curious, they're still with me!!)

Wednesday, May 18, 2011

Tomorrow is our last official day of school work.  We round out the year and week on Friday with a field trip to see a Civil War Battle Re-enactment, complete with field campsites, etc.  We're looking forward to that a lot.

Yesterday and today was spent on last minute work and talking about what type of curriculum to use next year.  We went to Barnes and Noble and looked around today and discussed our options.  I can't believe how quickly the time flies.

Last night we watched half of Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows, Part I, which we rented from Netflix.  We saw it in theaters last year and are re-watching it before the final movie comes out in July.  Guess we'll finish it tonight after church dinner and Maddie gets done babysitting.

As we watched the movie, I thought about how I'd watched the actors/actresses playing the Harry Potter characters grow up on screen over the years.  I thought about my own children.  Are they perfect?  Far from it.  Do they each have areas of growth?  You bet!  Do I see them moving in the right direction?  Absolutely.  Am I proud of the growth and work they've accomplished?  100 percent.  But, above all, I'm humbled and grateful to God for his work in them.  And, excited to see what the future holds as "He who began a good work in them will bring it to completion."

Yesterday's workout:  Leslie Sansone 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk, with light hand weights.  No yoga, chose to watch the movie instead.

Today's workout:  I overslept and needed a quick, effective weight workout so grabbed The Firm Body Sculpt Blaster (30 minutes). Tonight I'll do 10 minutes of yoga before the movie.

Monday, May 16, 2011

It's really hard to be on the countdown until the end of school but the kids are doing really well.  I'm amazed that they're still doing their work cheerfully~I hear that the public schools are playing all week.  But that may not be entirely true, as it's coming from my kids' mouths!

I'm not sure what form my blogging will take over the summer.  Probably not as often.  Maybe more, I have no idea.  But I've had a ball talking all year about our lives, day by day, as we spent another year working, praying, learning and growing together.  And, just knowing that I have had prayer support from so many people is one of the most humbling experiences.  I'm deeply grateful.

Today's workout:  Leslie Sansone, Morning Mile; Erin O'Brien, Strong Body, Ageless Body; Dog Walk

P.S.  Monday evening:  I just finished Maui Pilates.  If you are mindful to engage your core you get some core work.  But honestly, it's mostly a long, lovely stretch~which is just what this body needs tonight.  Aaahhh.....

Sunday, May 15, 2011

What a difference a few days makes. We've had a break in the weather and instead of highs in the 90s they will be in the low to mid 60s for a few days.

We had our Homeschool Co-op Field Day on Friday; Wes worked at a scout event Saturday morning; Maddie had a soccer game and Wes had two on Saturday; Tyler had his Blue and Gold Scout dinner and then a Rome Braves game to end that evening.  Today was church, Acolyte Sunday, and Tom had a meeting.

I'm just so glad God loves me.  Emotionally spent lately due to just things that happen in life, but it reminds me that God's love is never conditional on me being perfect, or even pleasant all the time. He is just gloriously, eternally THERE~for me.  If that doesn't encourage us to "run the race set before us" I don't know what will.

Thursday's workout:  Fit Dance Jam (walking/kickboxing style workout); 10 MS Yoga Flexibility

Friday~Firm Jiggle Free Arms; Leslie Sansone Nutrisystem Women's Walk, abs; PM~Jenny Craig Intermediate/Advanced Walk, 10 minutes; Yoga for Stress Relief, Neck and Shoulders (20 minutes)

Saturday~Kelly Coffey Meyer, TLC, Lower Body Conditioning (16 minutes); Andrea Metcalf Keeping Fit Cardio (30 minutes); Leslie Sansone Nutrisystem Women's Walk, floor work for hips, thighs and glutes (15 minutes)

Wednesday, May 11, 2011

I'm telling you the kids and I are ready for school to be out. We love learning and reading and exploring. We love to talk about things like light refraction, Joshua and the Israelites not consulting God before making a treaty with Gibeon, and even grammar!  But, we are ready for things to slow down. To sleep in a bit, read without pushing ourselves to do so many pages a day of spelling, math, and grammar.  To explore something just because.

Which actually is the essence of why I homeschool, so we can be free to do all this.  Somewhere along the way lately, the shoulds of school and being at grade level have replaced the joy and it's something I intend to remedy next year.

For example, Wes and I are discussing the very normal 9th grade subjects he will need to cover. But, we're looking into texts, online lessons, books, etc. and lots of fun ways to cover them that don't mean hours of joyless reading of texts and fill in the blanks. Don't get me wrong, texts have a place but a steady diet of them means dullness, and an inability to retain much of what you've learned.

For the summer we're not going to quit learning, not by a long shot. I'm going to have the kids read the paper and discuss current events; keep a journal; choose educational programming to watch; read lots of books of their choice.  And learn that above all we learn so we can feel closer to God, the Author of all truth, and be able to live well in his world, and reach others.

After all, isn't that why we're here?

Today's workout:  Slim Series Tone it Up (total body weighted workout with a definite cardiovascular effect.)  I love doing my weight training with DVDs that also work my heart and lungs, like killing two birds with one stone. I also walked Rocky at 4pm when it was 88 degrees, yikes. The dog walks definitely need to take place earlier in the day or later at night, it was hot!

P.M.  10 Minute Solution Yoga, Yoga for Flexibility and Relaxation

Tuesday, May 10, 2011

Fun day today.  Mary Madison had to babysit from 8:30-10:30 for a year old boy.  She played with him about an hour and then put him to bed, while she did her homework.  What a gig, getting paid to babysit!

While she was gone I ran out and picked up my new supply of contacts. When she got home I asked the kids if they wanted to go on a "field trip."  I got a unanimous yes and off we went to Target, about 30 minutes away.  Hey, we talked about the types and uses of pronouns on the way, and light refraction, etc.  We also listened to The Chronicles of Narnia, Voyage of the Dawn Treader on the way home.  I got a casual skirt for the summer that I needed and picked up some sunscreen, shampoo, etc.  Then the kids and I stopped by the Goodwill and looked at books, etc.  They each got one or two~including one on Ancient Rome that we read a bit from today.   It's a great, inexpensive way to get some new reading material.

I just got home from the store and need to fix dinner as Tom has an early meeting.  Tomorrow we are targeting math hard and heavy, trying to finish out some school work. We're done with school next Friday, can you believe it?  This Friday is Homeschooling Group Field Day; next Friday is a field trip to a Civil War Battle Reenactment.  Fun stuff coming up!!

Today's workout:  Leslie Sansone AHA (American Heart Association) 3 mile Advanced Walk.  I did 6 weeks of only Leslie two years ago after we moved and I had tennis elbow and couldn't lift weights.  I burned out on her, lol, but now am enjoying her workouts again.  Low impact, fast and sweaty, and she's just plain encouraging.  Oh, and I'll walk the dog tonight about 7~it was almost 90 here today, oppressively hot!!

Monday, May 9, 2011

Where did the weekend go?  Friday we had a regular school day with Tom presiding as I got out alone to run errands in the morning. Maddie had soccer practice on Friday night and Tom and Wes went to a high school baseball game that was over 4 hours, eek!

Saturday we had soccer games most of the day and then sat down to eat dinner together as a family.  It's so nice that Maddie is old enough to help in kitchen, she was a big help.

Sunday was Mother's Day and it was nice and relaxing. We had church, lunch, etc. I took a nap and did some window shopping on my own.  I bought a pair of soft hand weights for my Leslie Sansone workouts with the money Maddie gave me for Mother's Day!

Today was more school and Tyler took it upon himself to clean his room.  He looked up how to do it step by step on Wiki Answers, lol and spent nearly 3 hours cleaning and organizing.  He then had school work to finish.  He asked if I would get him a treat for doing this on his own and I asked what he'd like.  2 McDonald's Apple Pies for $1, too funny.  So, after we got done hunting books down at the library I did just that.

Maddie has soccer practice tonight (I can't TELL you how glad I am soccer is over after Saturday) and the boys both have Scouts. Thank goodness for leftover nights!

Friday's workout:  Kelly Coffey-Meyer Split Sessions, Lower Body and Floor work; Dog Walk

Saturday's Workout:  KCM Split Sessions, Upper Body; Debbie Rocker AM/PM Walking, AM workout; Dog Walk

Sunday~Rest Day

Today's workout~Erin O'Brien's Strong Body, Fit Body; Dog Walk

What I'm reading:  Hannah Whitall Smith's The God of All Comfort

Happy Cinco de Mayo. My kids love to celebrate the 5th of May, Mexican Independence Day, ever since we had a friend from Mexico in Lavoina. Well, we actually found out that it's NOT Mexican Independence Day!  Here is some information we unearthed about Cinco de Mayo.

Cinco De Mayo marks the 1862 battle of Puebla, during which Mexican troops defeated the French army in an underdog victory regarded as a symbol of national unity. Mexico celebrates Independence Day on September 16, but Cinco De Mayo is only observed regionally.

Since Cinco de Mayo is observed more in the United States than throughout Mexico, lol, we decided to try a small, authentic Mexican restaurant for dinner tonight and call that our big Mother's Day Celebration.  With Tom preaching and getting out of church after everyone else on Sunday, the restaurants will be crowded anyway. So, Tom is making  a picnic lunch for us to enjoy then~he's a great guy, isn't he?

I can't honestly remember what the heck we did today, it's a blur.  I know Maddie worked hard to finish her school work because she had to babysit from 12:30-3:00.  I had to work hard to keep Tyler doing his school work~he's ready for the end of school for sure~he wants to be outdoors as much as possible.  Wes and I walked the dog while Tyler finished things up.  We also spent time reading books and trying to decide what type of science we wanted to vote on to study at co-op next year. I think the overwhelming response ended up being Astronomy and my kids are thrilled.

Tomorrow is a real, honest-to-goodness Mom's day out for me.  I am excited to get out on my own on a Friday morning while Tom supervises schoolwork!!

Today's workout:  Kelly Coffey-Meyer T.L.C. (Train Like a Contender):  Warmup, Boxing, Stretch.  Loved this workout!!!  Dog walk.

A regular type of day for us here~except it was cold this morning.  It was 44 and is supposed to be 35 overnight. So strange for the beginning of May.  I'm looking forward to our more normal mid 50 lows/mid 80 highs returning by the weekend.

The kids got their work done and then did some extra cleaning for me.  Last night Tyler hit a cabinet with his knee and knocked off the door.  Maddie did the same thing about a year ago.  So, Wes spent time fixing it as he did a year ago. He is turning into such a handyman!  He's helpful for fixing things, Maddie is a great baker and home decorator and Tyler makes me laugh all the time.  Life will be very different when they're grown and gone!

In the afternoon we went to the library. Wes was checking out books on WWII and Space, as well as Mayan cultures.
Maddie is checking out books on learning French, and some math books; Tyler is reading books on weather and science experiments.  Pretty typical selections!

We have church dinner tonight and Maddie is babysitting.  I will probably spend some time reading.  I picked up Deitrich Bonhoeffer's Cost of Discipleship. Somehow I know it will be a "get in your face and convict you" type or read.  Maybe tonight I should stick with Agatha Christie and then read something heavier when I'm fresh in the morning!!

Today's workout:  Exercise TV Walking Shape Up Cardio Mix~Walk and Shape (40 minutes). This was 10 minutes of low impact cardio and then 10 of weight work, repeated; then I did the floor work and stretch from Debbie Seiber's Slim Series Mix it Up.  Nice workout combo.  Oh, and Wes and I walked Rocky this afternoon.

Tuesday, May 3, 2011

We had a wonderful day.  About 11 the kids and I went over to Rome Action Ministries warehouse and spent about 2 1/2 hours filling food bags there.  We filled, lifted, walked around, etc.  It felt good for the kids to be the hands of Jesus for people in our community who lost homes due to the recent storms and tornadoes.  That is one of the reasons I homeschool after all~to be able to take advantage of opportunities like this.

I do have to tell a funny story.  I am not a glowing type gal~when I work I sweat.  I had called my friend Anna who homeschools her 4 children and they joined us at RAM to fill bags today.  Well, there I was in a 3/4 length sleeve top and crops, because the weather was supposed to be cooler.  (It was, but not until after we were done and the rain moved in, lol).  Anna was in a skirt and top, looking like a million bucks, not sweaty at all.  So, what happens but someone from the local newspaper shows up taking pictures of us and interviewing the kids?  Just too funny!!!  LOL!!!

But, above all, we served.  And, whether or not we ever know who this helped, we know we've been faithful.  So often I am the first to whine and complain if I'm tested or uncomfortable in any way. I'm grateful to my kids, who showed me the value of hard work, fellowship and obedience today.  And, showed me that the hands and feet of Christ come in all ages and sizes.

Today's Workout:  Debbie Rocker's Walking for Weightloss.  Basic walking workout I rented from Netflix. Gorgeous outdoor scenery, nice squat and lunge sets for the lower body, nice jogging intervals. But not as much variety in moves as Leslie so a wee bit boring.

Monday, May 2, 2011

Well we had a nice last day of co-op.  A lot of people couldn't be there on a Monday so we had to be pretty fluid and flexible as moms but the kids had a great time.  I enjoy the fellowship and the kids getting to be with friends, but I'm honestly ready for a break.

I also didn't sleep well and have been tired most of the day.  I don't like days like that at all but am grateful for my energy most days and my overall good health.

The kids had to go to piano because their teacher's daughter is having surgery on Tuesday. So, our entire day was thrown off a bit and we felt out of sorts.  Instead of doing any other schoolwork, we opted for cleaning out our rooms, reading, etc. after piano.

Tomorrow we may go to a local ministry and pack disaster relief boxes for local storm victims for a bit.  We can't run chainsaws, but this is something hands on we can do.

Today's workout:  Erin O'Brien Strong Body, Ageless Body; Dog Walk

Sunday, May 1, 2011

Happy Sunday.  Yesterday was a busy day.  Maddie didn't get home from her Gatlinburg trip with the American Heritage Girls until after 8pm. Tyler, Tom and Ty's friend Garrison went to a 5K Lymphoma walk in Atlanta to raise money for my sister in law Leslie's team. Wes had soccer at 3 and had spent the night with his friend Josh.

But, what all that means is I had the morning all to myself.  I had a free smoothie at Panera Bread and went there and had the most wonderful low-fat Mango Smoothie for breakfast.  I lingered there, reading my Bible, and it was heaven.  I then came home and exercised and went to get Wes for his game.

The game didn't start until nearly an hour late due to taking pictures that they didn't tell anyone about.  Oh well.

When I got home I took a nap~my allergies were acting up all day. Tom fixed a gourmet dinner for us~hot dogs, lol.  Hey, I was just glad he let me snooze and prepared dinner, what a sweetie.

Today we had church and youth, normal Sunday activities.  Tomorrow is our last Homeschool co-op until fall.  It was moved due to the Georgia Home Educators Association Convention on Friday.

I pray that in the midst of your busy life, you had a serendipity like I did in getting to sneak away to Panera Bread. Whether at home, away, for 5 minutes or 5 hours, I pray God gives you that precious time to be with him for renewal.

Yesterday's workout:  A.M.  Chris Freytag Exercise TV Walking Shape Up (45 minute circuit alternating weights and low impact cardio).  It was borrowed from a friend and I really liked it.

P.M.  Jenny Craig Let's Walk it Off Intermediate/Advanced 10 minute walk; Kathy Smith Agless Staying Strong Stretch.  Lovely yoga style stretching using a chair.

Today:  Weight Watchers Walking Workout with Ellen Barrett:  10 Minute Walk (I use the walks to sneak in a few steps and warmup a bit so I don't stretch cold muscles); 10 Minute Solution Yoga for Beginners Yoga for Stress Relief and Flexibility (10 minutes of restorative stretching poses).
