I love it when I don't have plans for a day. We got up, got our school work and Bible study done, and things just felt slower paced.  We had time to talk, to laugh, to read, and to learn.  It was one of those truly blessed days.


Wes and I have been doing a lot of intense Algebra lately so tomorrow we're taking a day off and working on writing a 5 point essay.  It will be nice to re-focus on something more "creative" again, although it will be within the confines of the 5 point process.  Tyler is going to work on a 5 point paragraph and Maddie wants to spend a little extra time on her Science studies.  


We also did some studying today of the Japanese Samurai culture which was fun.  The best part was all of us trying to figure out how to pronounce the names of the Japanese warriors, shoguns, and emperors. :D


Today's workout:  Amy Dixon Give Me 10 More Fat Blasting Cardio and Karen Voight Burn and Firm Cardio.  Sounds impressive to do two workouts but the total time was only about 33 minutes.  I also did 5 minutes of yoga with KV.  I got to walk Tucker for a mile for the first time in almost two weeks. The temperature was near 60 and the sun was shining~it was just lovely.
