Well, the cold kicked in and we've all been down except DH.  He had a cold two weeks ago, though.  Sunday all the children and I stayed home from church and yesterday was a wash too.  We watched a biography and an Agatha Christie movie (Cat Among the Pigeons) and took several naps!  Today seems to be a bit better.


Maddie is doing some menu planning and math right now; Tyler is doing some architecture (building Legos); Wes is doing historical research and studying philosophy and world religion (watching a History Channel show on the Aztecs). How is that for making some things sound really, really good, LOL?  


Actually, they've also done some reading and work in their school books, even when not feeling great.  We're all still stuffy and a bit run down so anything they have done is great with me!


Saturday's workout:  51 minutes of cardio; Kelly Coffey-Meyer, Circuit Burn, Cardio/Boxing premix; Desi Bartlett 3-in-1 Total Body Fitness cardio; Yoga section from the Desi workout; Dog walk


Sunday~Rest


Monday~sick, didn't do any workout.


Tuesday~Prevention 400 Calorie Fix Cardio Sculpt workout
