Not sure what kept me from blogging lately. We had our usual busy Wednesday with piano, trips to the bread store, church. Yesterday we had a good day playing with my new Kindle Fire that arrived (both a late Christmas and early birthday present for mom). We have spent time doing our regular routines of school work. What we have neglected is cleaning. The floors and bathrooms need a good dose of good old fashioned muscle put to them and that's the plan for the day.
Wednesday: Brooke Burke Strengthen and Condition
Thursday: Firm Express Cardio Interval workouts: 2 of them, 40 minutes total
Today: Firm Time Crunch Cardio: Cardio and Sculpting Intervals; 10 Minute Solution Best Belly Blasters, Bikini Belly(core focused cardio). Because OF COURSE at 46 years old I'm looking to rock a bikini (please, please detect the heavy sarcasm here, lol). Actually it's just a good standing ab routine that raises your heartrate. I sometimes wonder where in the WORLD people come up with names for workouts~but I digress. :p
